Processing & handling

Orders are packed by hand and ship within two business days from our studio. During restocks or peak periods it may take an extra day. We'll always note this at checkout if so.

Shipping methods & costs

We ship within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $40.
  • Flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $40.
  • Tracking is emailed automatically once your order ships.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified.

Returns & refunds

Because our botanicals are natural, perishable goods, we're unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. That said, we stand behind everything we sell.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, email us at contact@masteryaquaria.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your carrier first, then reach out. We'll help track it down. For packages lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier on a resolution.
